Our imaging services are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an intern to support our Imaging Services to join our team. If you want an exciting career where you use your previous expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you.

 

Responsibilities Documents drafting, formatting, filing, quality control reviewOrganization of meetings or social events (including agenda drafting, room booking, meeting minutes etc.)Managing the reception of mediaTracking, processing, and organizing various documents, shipments, invoices etc.Coordination of business trips and submission of expense reportsManaging venue of external persons coming to the office (directors, candidates, sponsor, new hires etc.)Reviewing incoming medical imaging data for clinical trials for initial quality standardsEasy project-related tasks (e.g. spreadsheets updates, reports, presentations, correspondence, access request to Medpace systems for readers, etc.) Qualifications High school diploma and some relevant professional experience in respective field/area;Preferred: Pursuing degree in Biomedical Engineering Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook;Organizational skills and demonstrated ability to accurately follow procedures for completing work tasks;Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties;Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within established timelines;Demonstrated initiative and ability to suggest solutions to problems.
