The Spring 2025  - Planning & Allocation Intern will work closely with the Planning and Allocation leaders focused on different business channels: DOS, outlets and concession shops. This individual will support all department tasks including but not limited to retail analysis, supply chain management, merchandise assortment development, sales forecasting & store allocations.

\n\n

 

\n\n

As a Spring 2025 Intern:

\n\n\n\tYou must be able to work on location, up to 24 hours per week\n\tIntern for the full Spring term, January 27 - May 9, 2025\n\tThe minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $16 per hour\n\tYou must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university and pursuing a bachelor's degree\n\tThis position is not eligible for relocation\n\n\n

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

\n\n\n\t:Assist with the development of annual and monthly sales, margin, returns, markdowns and inventory reports and plans for both Fashion and Basic businesses.\n\tProvide analytics to support assortment decisions, SKU performance, and depth.\n\tSupport Allocation Team with daily tasks (reporting, allocations, power points, update documents, etc) .\n\tReview weekly sales reporting to aid in business analysis.\n\tDistribute merchandise to stores at style | color | size | fit | price level based on business trends, reporting analysis and management objectives.\n\tPrepare, recommend, and communicate weekly product performance from BIS merchandise selling reports to understand any shifts in business and react accordingly. Presents key findings to management.\n\tRe-allocate of product as necessary based on shifting business trends and how the related to business objectives.\n\tConduct in depth style, color, size, fit and price level selling analysis regularly for optimum product performance.\n\tCollaborate with other teams to conduct daily responsibilities (i.e. Buyers, Wholesale, Distribution Center and Retail Store Managers).\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tStrong analytical and numerical skills\n\tManages and prioritizes multiple tasks effectively\n\tMust be detail oriented and flexible to shifting circumstances\n\tEffective problem solver\n\tHighly proficient with MS Office (strong Excel skills)\n

The minimum & maximum pay for this position is fixed at $16.00 per hour.
