**Job Description** **Timeframe:** this internship will start in March 2025 on a part-time basis and will transition to full-time during summer 2025. **Location** : the preferred candidate will be located in the Kansas City area. **Schedule** : the intern will work a hybrid schedule (in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday) **Primary Duties / Responsibilities:** + Develop a working knowledge of DFA’s Ethics and Compliance Program + Gain exposure to other DFA business units through trainings and internship events + Collaborate cross-functionally and support the Ethics and Compliance team on various types of projects including regulatory, international trade, and food labeling + Assist in the creation of training, communication content, and activities for Compliance initiatives **Requirements** The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.
