The position exists to process and/or assemble small spring components of various types and sizes. Occasionally, the incumbent will be asked and expected to perform various, miscellaneous, and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company.
This is a 1st shift position with hours of 6:00am - 2:30pm.
Pay starts at 16.00 an hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follows work order instructions (routers) in order to meet company and customer requirementsThe person operates Force Test and/or Benchmark machinesMicroscopically inspects work performed to ensure the product produced meets specifications and may assist in packing productsRecord quantities of product finished using standard company methodsMaintains established performance levels on a consistent basisCompletes electronic and paper-based records with speed and accuracyPerform other related duties as assigned QualificationsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience:
6 months of small-part assembly is preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
