Airswift is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SPS Company Site Representative to join our team in Colico, Italy. This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 12 months (renewable). As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work onsite and utilize your expertise in SPS or Subsea Production Systems, audit, and Deepwater operations.
Role Overview Conduct audits and inspections of SPS or Subsea Production Systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Provide technical support and guidance for Deepwater operations, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement improvement plans for SPS systems. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all SPS activities and operations. Monitor and analyze SPS performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations. Ensure all SPS equipment and systems are properly maintained and functioning at optimal levels. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on SPS operations and address any concerns or issues. Utilize your knowledge of SPS and Deepwater operations to provide training and support for team members. Stay up to date on industry developments and advancements in SPS technology to continuously improve processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of SPS projects. Skills & Qualifications
Expertise in SPS or Subsea Production Systems, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations. Proven experience conducting audits and inspections of SPS systems. In-depth knowledge of deepwater operations and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in this environment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing environments and project requirements. Experience in utilizing data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and records of all SPS activities. Ability to provide training and support for team members on SPS systems and operations. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Certifications in SPS or Subsea Production Systems advantageous. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SPS or Subsea Production Systems, with a focus on deepwater operations. The next step
