Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Reservations Supervisor, you will be working with our Front Office Manager, Sales and Guest Services team to ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered by providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. You may work a rotating schedule, though most shifts will be Tuesday to Saturday during core business hours. In this role you will be covering the manager on duty (MOD) shifts on the front desk and focusing on group reservations, while also providing leadership to the team and completing administrative tasks.
Key knowledge, skills or abilities that are required:
A minimum 1-year front desk or group coordinator hospitality experience. Previous supervisory experience, preferred. Ability to work long hours occasionally. Excellent computer skills - MS Office, customer relationship management (CRM) software - OPERA experience preferred.Does this sound like you?
