The SQA Analyst oversees all aspects of the application and functional testing activities for a given effort. The SQA Analyst will define, develop, and maintain test plan and test cases, and will also work on the development of automation scripts for a given effort in accordance with project requirements, and assist project team with high-level design and/or integration considerations. The SQA Analyst will identify process improvements and will work with the team to enable continuous improvement from within.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops an appropriate test plan and executes tests using the identified test scenariosEnsure test scripts align with business requirements and functional specifications.Document test results, including issues and deviations, in a clear and organized manner throughout the testing lifecycleMaintains a manner of leadership and flexibility that diffuses pressure and promotes a team atmosphere.Coordinates and supports after hours tasks as required by the department's scope and deliverable timelines.Promotes customer satisfaction and quality customer service within Asurion for Clients and other Asurion departments.Escalates issues to the Manager and/or Sr. manager in a timely and appropriate manner.Design and develop new automated test suites for regression testing and upfront automation for any relevant projects or productsMaintains, and executes functional tests using automation tools and reports results using defined process and resourcesManage and maintain the development lifecycle in Azure DevOps, adhering to best practices and processes.
