SQA Process Analyst (f/m/x)in Mars Global Service

SQA Process Analyst is responsible for executing standardized processes for the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) organization such as managing GFSI certificates, collecting lifestyle certificates, providing ad-hoc analysis or ensure regular reporting.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Executing SQA processes.
Creating ad-hoc analysis.
Identifying opportunities to optimize and digitize the processes in scope.
Working on process harmonization and standardization.
Ensuring proper stakeholder management.
Regularly reporting on process KPIs.
Working closely with Digital Solution Analyst to digitize processes.
Supporting Automation projects.
Acting as Product Owner for digital solutions such as RPA Bots related to the process.
What are we looking for?
Required:
1 + year of professional experience as Key User for IT systems.
Business acumen (especially in FMCG / SQA Sourcing / Operations).
Analytical Solution Design.
Fluent in English.
Preferably:
Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps).
User centricity.
