Seeking a SQL / SSRS Developer for a contract position. Candidate will be responsible for the creation of SQL views and various reports using SSRS and other technologies including, but not limited to, Tableau, PowerView and PowerPivot. SQL / SSRS Developers work closely with the Analytics and Reporting Business Analysts and Data Architect. There is a collaborative approach where the Developer and BA work closely with the customers to solve business problems. This position is 75% SQL/SSRS development and 25% working with Business Analysts to gather requirements from internal customers.
Required Skills:
1) Experience writing custom reports, SQL scripts and advanced queries.
2) Experience and ability to utilize Visual Studio in creating and deploying SSRS reports.
3) Experience using SQL Server 2008 - 2012, SSIS, SSRS and ETL tools.
Desired Skills:
1) SSIS, SSAS and MDX queries.
2) Experience with ASP, ASP.NET and C#.
3) Experience with Microsoft SSIS and SSAS.
4) Experience working with BAs during requirements gathering
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related or foreign Equivalent
