YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of sales staffs at area level to deliver financial targets in a sustainable way through the on-time, effective and efficient implementation of sales plans. 带领地区销售团队,按时、有效、高效地执行销售计划,实现地区财务指标的可持续达成。Lead team to deliver area annual financial targets. 带领地区团队达成年度财务指标。Contribute to regional business plan (RBP) as a member of regional leadership team, develop area integrated sales plan (ISP) under RSP’s guideline and lead team to produce county level action plans (CAP). 做为大区管理团队成员,共同参与制定大区业务计划;基于大区业务计划,制定本地区销售计划;带领团队制定县级行动计划。Drive, monitor, support, and review the implementation of various actions as specify in plans on a regular basis for achieving targets. 落实、监督、支持和复盘各项计划的执行情况,确保实现目标。Plan, manage and optimize area channel network based on BCS channel strategy and lead team to make it happen. 基于BCS渠道战略,规划、管理及优化地区渠道网络,并带领团队实施。Support Regional Sales Lead (RSL) to manage Bayer Distributors (BDs). 协助大区销售总监管理拜耳经销商。Act responsibly in monthly sell in/out forecasting at area level, map out business upside and downside as well as take proactive actions. 负责地区月度销售、消耗预测,梳理业务机会和风险,并及时采取行动。Manage and ensure area OPEX within the agreed budget. 管理并确保地区OPEX在预算范围内。Ensures that all team operations are in compliant with local legal and corporate requirements. 确保所有的团队运作符合当地法律和公司的要求。Develop and coach team members to achieve higher level of professionalism in their day-to-day performance and to achieve higher efficiency as a team. 发展和指导团队成员在日常工作中达到更高的专业水平,以提高团队的整体效率。
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in agriculture science or business management. 农业科学或商业管理学历。Leadership, good sales and market knowledge, good analytical abilities, able to work well cross-functionally and manage complexity. 具备良好的领导力;丰富的销售和市场知识;良好的分析、跨职能协作及管理复杂性的能力。At least 3 years experience in the sales, marketing or technical development within the crop management industry. 3年以上植保行业销售、市场或技术开发相关工作经验。Highly motivated, good initiative, good communicator and have positive attitude. 积极主动、善于沟通以及乐观向上。
