Squad Lead, ServiceNow
Job Description:

The ServiceNow Squad Lead role is accountable for optimizing and enhancing Fidelity Human Resources use of ServiceNow.  A robust passion for continuous improvement with an aptitude for strategic thinking is important. An ability to turn concepts into reality to advance our experiences for Fidelity’s associates, managers and leaders leads to success. This product lead is a critical role in our mission to deliver a digital experience that makes it easy to support associates while increasing efficiency and transforming HR through technology.

The Experience and Skills you Bring

Lead the effort to identify, design and deliver ServiceNow product features. 

Serve as a strong consultative partner to business partners to deliver solutions to meet customer needs.

Own/Support key HR and/or Enterprise sponsored projects needing solutions from HR.

Develop and implement a roadmap of product enhancements based on ServiceNow and other vendor solutions and capabilities.

Partner with Scrum Master, Chapter Leader, Business Analysts to prioritize and deliver solutions.

Identify product gaps and/or future feature opportunities to develop ServiceNow product roadmaps.

Partner with other HR Product/Squad Leads and broader HR Platform team to provide holistic solutions to our Fidelity associates, managers and other product users.

Assist in managing production support and/or incident resolution in which leadership involvement required.

Prior Product experience preferred, experience with ServiceNow a plus.
