The PositionAs a Squad Lead, you will play a crucial role in setting the vision for therapeutic areas and innovative brands, shaping high-impact strategies, and leading their execution in the Slovak Pharmaceutical industry. You will report to the Strategy Lead.
Career Challenges and Opportunities
You design, lead the strategic ambition for the Squad for therapeutic areas and brands, aligning with Pharma strategy, regional outcomes and with the strategy and priorities for Slovakia
You assume overall accountability for the execution of this vision/ambition by applying Outcome-based planning principles, without direct reporting lines
Lead end-to-end prelaunch/launch/post launch product strategies and their execution
Responsible for commercial management including P&L delivery; business planning, patient flows, forecasts, and other commercial areas
Effectively prioritize squad outcomes and ensure resource requirements are met to deliver on long-term and short-term outcomes
Responsible for fostering collaboration, coaching, developing and upskilling squad members, to create value for the patients, ecosystem and Roche (“triple win”)
Adhere and ensure compliance with Roche guidelines and regulatory requirements, optimizes resources to enhance operational efficiency and maximize impact, maintain an alignment with the Customer Engagement Lab priorities, drive improvements in patient journeys, omnichannel customer engagement, and business outcomes
Who You Are
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Business, Economics); advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Life Sciences) are a plus
Fluency in local language and English for effective internal and external collaboration
Proven track record in commercialization, strategy planning, customer engagement, and medical product excellence (5+ years of relevant experience)
Robust understanding of the healthcare system, governance, and regulatory environment in Slovakia
Strong data, financial and business acumen and managing P&L
Project Management, experience in managing complex projects
Proven leadership skills, leading cross-functional teams and strategies, and driving business transformation
Strategic Agility and Entrepreneurial; able to identify opportunities, experiment, and to take risks
Borderless Collaboration: working closely with other countries/communities/teams, embracing the loop of ‘sharing and learning together’
System Thinking; able to understand complexities and simplify them
Proficiency in omnichannel & digital innovation methodologies
Valid driving license
Expected Travel: 10%
Salary starts from 4000 EUR gross/month. Final salary depends on the level of experience, skills and qualifications.
