Your Opportunities

Work with other squad lead of LMIC4 as a cohesive, supportive team, focusing on pioneering life-changing healthcare and Work-packages for every Vietnamese patient

Take accountability for co-creating squad strategy, implementing the strategy, managing resourcing, and meeting defined outcomes that are aligned with the Pharma 5 year vision and the Roche Group 10 year ambitions

Collaborate with other squad leads and chapter leads to make quarterly decisions / recommendations about resource allocation and trade-offs across the affiliate to deliver on priorities. Remove roadblocks to squad work

Determine Squad composition and identify capabilities required (short and long term) based on squad's priorities and outcomes

Foster a pragmatic versus perfect, continuous improvement and growth mindset within the squad

Working with Agile Coaches and Chapter Leads, enable agile ways of working within the squad and across the affiliate

Share relevant insights/developments and ideas with own squad, other Squad Leads and stakeholders

Who you are

Must-have University degree in Pharmacy or Medicine. An advanced degree in life science and/or MBA is a plus.At lease 5 year experience in Marketing and SalesPractical understanding of digital innovation methodologiesProven people leadership skills in commercial teamsCreative and VACC leadershipStrategic development (system thinking)Customer centricityCollaboration (cross-functional internal and external interaction) and essential skills of leaders (problem solving,decision making, business acumen, effective communication…)Deep experience in agile way of working
