As a Squad Owner for Test Data Management at Chubb, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the effective management and utilization of test data within the organization. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Extensive experience in test data management roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.Strong understanding of test data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, including functional, system, regression, and performance testing.Familiarity with test data management tools and technologies, such as Informatica TDM, CA Test Data Manager, or similar.Proficiency in SQL scripting and data manipulation.Sound knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR.Familiarity with data modeling concepts and database technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
