GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION 

The Squash Professional is a non-exempt position whose primary responsibility is developing the squash program, including private lessons and group clinics relating to all facets of the game for men, ladies and juniors of all levels.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS  

Teaching lessons and clinics to adults and children  Develop training plans for lessons and clinics  Participating in squash leagues and tournaments  Assisting with member events and promoting club programs  Maintaining a clean, safe work environment  Greeting members and guests throughout the property  Understanding and anticipating the needs of our members; be attentive, listen carefully and follow through
