Accountabilities:
The Director of Strategic Operations will develop and implement strategic plans and lead Operations across US Legal Markets, including Large Law, Small Law, Federal Government, State & Local Government and Law Schools.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Coordinate GTM across Segments ensuring message, product, pricing clear
+ Oversee productive interactions with matrixed groups though agendas/follow-up/while advancing segment priorities. Examples Include:
+ Monthly Product Meeting
+ Monthly Practical Guidance/Secondary Content
+ Monthly Product Mktg/Segment Marketing
+ Oversee Capital planning Prioritization and monthly update across segments
+ Coordinate the LNNAUK Awards, Townhall input, etc
+ Coordinate REPH QBRs and oversight to ensure best practices across teams
+ Coordinate internal Gen AI savings, oversee acq Business cases
2. Manage and deliver annual group strategy cycle deliverables
+ Coordinate 16 QBR's and the related Prep Sessions
+ Oversee Strategy updates, Board Mtg prep, Investor Meeting prep
3. Conduct competitive and market intelligence analysis
+ Collect, interpret and act on Competitive information
+ Channel competitive claims and guide sales on talking points
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
+ 10+ years’ experience in a strategy, or 4+ years analytical experience in a top-tier strategic consulting firm
