Join our team of strategic Large Customer Sales (LCS) Account Executives and drive measurable growth for top global brands and agencies. As an Account Executive, you will own and direct a small set of our largest advertising customers, partnering closely to understand their business objectives and deliver custom solutions from our full portfolio of Amazon Ads products.
* Manage complex relationships with sophisticated, high-spending advertising clients and agencies
* Develop and execute long-term, objective-based plans to drive sustained media investment and expand Amazon Ads product adoption
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to provide a world-class advertiser experience and unlock new revenue opportunities

Key job responsibilities
- Establish and nurture deep, trusting relationships with senior leaders at top-tier advertising clients and agencies
- Develop and execute long-term, objective-based plans to drive sustained media investment and expand adoption of Amazon Ads solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (including Account Managers, Campaign Managers, Product Specialists, etc.) to deliver customized advertising solutions that meet client goals
- Leverage industry expertise and strategic judgment to identify new revenue opportunities and solve complex business challenges for clients
- Effectively communicate and present to senior client and internal stakeholders, building consensus and driving results
- Monitor performance, forecast revenue, and report on progress against goals
- Share best practices and provide mentorship to junior members of the account team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Amazon Ads product innovations.
As part of the Adapt Team, this role will be highly agile and fungible, rotating around our Ads teams on specific assignments to help cover individuals who are taking an extended leave-of-absence (parental, sabbatical, medical). By rotating around a variety of sales verticals and teams, individuals on the Adapt team experience rapid learning and development.
