Responsibilities

Promote products and services offered by the company to the customers.Responsible for regional sales managers within the laboratory divisionAccountable for managing each of the significant province customers, government agencies, and associated MROsApply knowledge and understanding to explore, develop, and identify sales opportunities and develop/implement strategies, programs, and other business activities to drive revenue and growth.Switching Perform analytical and project consulting duties for key customersManage key financial result areas, i.e., revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding, consumable reagent, and instrument forecasting. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making management recommendations. Achieve sales target

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field; or the equivalent knowledge and Academic/functional experience. A Master’s degree will be advantageous. Requires a minimum of 7 years of successful sales experience in life science industry, laboratory industry. Maintain and increase current customer database through company customer relations management software. interpersonal Extensive knowledge of laboratory products. Attain or exceed assigned sales goals, profit goals, and market share goals consistently within expense guidelines. Field travel as necessary (80% or more) Utilize interpersonal skills to successfully run territory sales activities
