We currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the Chemical Operations EMEA Client Service team as Account Manager, based in the Frankfurt Office and reporting to Sylvie Desjardins – Client Service Manager.

Responsibilities Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and brokers to successfully create long-term customer loyalty to FM, including a significant number of face-to-face meetings with senior client personnel.Leading an Account Team to support the strategic goals and objectives of our clients by providing professional advice and consultation on insurance coverage and risk management matters.Ensuring stability by retaining existing customers at equitable terms and conditions using FM significant insurance capacity in conjunction with our risk management expertise to improve client risk quality and selling additional product lines as appropriate.In conjunction with Account Engineers, establish risk improvement priorities and support efforts to obtain customer compliance with loss prevention recommendations.Work closely with New Business Development Executives on new prospects within the Client Service process, contributing high quality underwriting expertise to win new client accounts.Responsible for understanding and implementing company underwriting guidelines and standards in the daily management of assigned clients.Executing insurance placement programs for our clients.Demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement by effective engagement of our clients in our Client Service Process and ensuring clients are aware of our full range of products and services. Identify upcoming changes to prevent associated exposures, providing timely high quality plan review services for medium complexity changes to ensure that proper loss prevention considerations are achieved at the design stage. Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent; chemical engineering degree would be a plus.A minimum of 5 years with FM or 5 years industry experience, (broker/ insurance company/ industry) in servicing large multinational property accounts of varying occupancies.Demonstrate above average ability in organization, problem solving, communication, sales/negotiation, leadership and team building.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (min.
