We are looking for a full time and permanent employee for this position:
#Finance Operations Analyst, based in Argentina
Finance Argentina has scope on Animal Health and Human Health Business and Statutory reporting, as well as Research, Commercial and Manufacturing divisions. The Finance Operations Analyst - Sr. Analyst will be reporting to the Argentina Controller, with main responsibility for the said business and divisions. In this role, the individual will have to coordinate daily operations interacting mainly but not limited to BSC (Treasury, StS, OtC, AtR, TMC & Fleet, CoE, Third Party Providers) for both AH & HH, focusing on problem solving, issue resolution and process implementations/improvements.
Main responsabilities
Treasury & StS:
Daily monitoring of cash balances: HH & AH entities; import payments/exports collections calendar; cash surplus investment monitoring.
PtP process monitoring, local liaison for issue resolution and problem solving.
Weekly meeting with BSC Treasury Operations.
Cross functional interaction with local market to provide input for accurate mid-term (6 months prospect) cashflow: trend, payments accuracy (non-suppliers standard) for HH & AH entities.
Central Bank requirements: in example but not limited to Com.A 6401, provide information input on a regular basis (P&L, Foreign assets & liabilities) to BDO or accountable team for report and due date completion.
Banking formal requirements: local partnering to comply with bank formalities (documents for opening/close, information updates, etc.)
OTC:
Interaction with OtC team in Praga: 1st review, fx, sale trends, customer knowledge.
Bi-weekly meeting local (Finance, Commercial, Access) + BSC (Praga + CR)
Special invoicing: profitability actions, fixed assets sale, BD particularities
Cash app monitoring and issue resolution follow up.
Support of system implementations: local point of contact/coordination (i.e. but not limited: Workiva improvements, 0N ledger, etc)
High involvement in FSAR meetings with BSC AtR teams for open reconciliation items follow up/resolution
AD-HOC Report i.e. but not limited to foreign debt, AFIP information requirements, regulatory agencies reporting requirements
Partner the business to support:
Corporate credit cards program credit limit updates and local environment impacts
FMV periodic updates
Concur local expense limit addenda periodic updates
Main requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting, or Business Administration with accounting experience in the mentioned tasks.
Have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in similar tasks, preferably at a Big 4 company.
Advanced level of english
Resourceful and capable of working autonomously in task execution.
