The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the IT Leadership team and employees within the IT function. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

 

Responsibilities May Include:

Coordinate all office and administrative support duties, including managing visitors, processing expense reports, and handling invoice processing and coding. Manage the IT Leadership team's calendar to ensure effective and efficient use of their time, including planning work projects and scheduling appointments with senior management and stakeholders. Prepare, coordinate, and manage travel plans for the IT Leadership team, ensuring all necessary pre-reading and background information is provided in advance of meetings. Ensure the IT Leadership team is prepared for all meetings by providing relevant materials and ensuring they stay on schedule. Handle record management and other corporate administrative needs. Understand the IT Leadership team's plans and objectives, proactively anticipating opportunities to assist in meeting these goals. Provide administrative support to employees within the IT function, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling general inquiries. Post regular communications for the IT function including IT Insider published bi-weekly. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the IT Leadership team and IT employees.

 

Required Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in job posting country High school diploma/ GED Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an IT or technology environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously High level of discretion and confidentiality Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications:
