**Senior Executive Assistant - 10+ Years of Experience Supporting C-Level Executives**
Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to multiple senior managers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, with advanced expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting. Experience with Concur is a must.
**Job Details:**
+ **Pay Rate:** $40.74/hr.
+ **Location:** Onsite in New York, NY 10036
+ **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Potential for OT)
+ **Duration:** 6 Month Assignment
+ **Note:** Excellent attendance is critical
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage calendars, schedule travel, and process expenses
+ Interact with all levels of the organization and various business functions
+ Serve as a resource for company policies and procedures
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of executive-level administrative experience
+ Proven ability to manage complex calendars for multiple senior managers
+ Strong time management and prioritization skills
+ Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
+ Extensive experience using Concur for travel and expense processing
+ Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
+ Experience organizing client entertainment functions

**Pay Details:** $40.74 per hour
