Sr Administrative Assistant

+ Manage a wide variety of complex executive administrative activities
+ Utilizes extensive knowledge of company operations, policies, and department functions in performing duties, many of which are confidential in nature
+ General administrative office support including the capture of minutes of the meetings
+ Coordination of domestic and international travel planning, prepare travel itineraries, and expense reporting
+ Schedule appointments and meetings and closely maintains/optimizes calendar
+ Meeting scheduling (both internal and external) locally and off-site
+ Advanced and often time-critical PowerPoint work; some Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
+ Participate in the development of communications plans that meet business objectives and priorities
+ Develop written materials (executive messages and presentations, announcements, newsletter articles, etc.)
+ Plan and execute internal events, such as quarterly town halls, executive site visits, employee recognition activities and employee briefings
+ Support the network during recurring calls, meetings and conferences
+ Manages required meetings software systems, and schedules, initiates, and facilitates required meetings
+ Graduate in any of the following - Business, Computer applications, Communications, English, Journalism with good hands on experience in Computer equipment.
+ Hands on experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams
+ Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written
+ 3 to 5 years of Executive administrative support experience supporting senior leaders in the organizations
