Work as part of a team by providing senior administrative assistant assistance for the site. You will be responsible for working with the onsite Honeywell team delivering the below responsibilities.
\n
\nDrive continuous improvements throughout the site location in support of Honeywell Facilities and Honeywell Operating System related activities
\n
\nBe part of a team that creates an effective and clean work environment for others.

\n\n

Be eligible to obtain Top Secret SIGNET clearance as well as CGP clearance. 

\n\n

Key Responsibilities Include:

\n\n\n\tLead Administrative Assistant to on-site Managers.\n\tSite access coordinator\n\tManage / Coordinate / Track staff requests.\n\tBe the onsite ACSO (security Officer)\n\tDrive onsite security clearance process\n\tHelp Administer Parking\n\tTake meeting minutes and keep action logs.\n\tAble to clean up documents to be professional and presentable to the client.\n\tHold task owners accountable\n\tCoordinate and organize team events.\n\tBackup Help Desk operator\n\tLog tickets in the building CMMS system\n\tComplete at least two Honeywell Safety Observation Submission per month\n\tComplete all assigned training within the allotted time frames\n\tSupport annual reporting requirements and procedure submissions\n\tAbility to support other members of the team in tasks that fall sometimes outside of typical administrative scope.\n\tMust be organized and capable of document storage\n\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE:

\n\n\n\tCollege diploma or relevant experience\n\t2 years of administrative experience\n\t2 years of experience with Security Clearance Process for the Federal Government\n\n\n

\n\n\n\tExperience in facilities management.\n\tProficient in computer usage.\n\tStrong analytical skills and creative thinking.\n\tStrong written and verbal communication.\n\tKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, procedures within facilities management.\n\tAbility to work in a team environment.\n\tGood communication skills\n\tStrong organizational skills\n\tGood administration skills\n\tAn ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.\n\tAbility to work independently.\n\tKnowledge in Auto-Cad\n\tExperience in customer service\n\tWilling to be diverse and action other roles and responsibilities upon request.\n\tWilling to work extra hours.\n\tBilingual (French & English)\n\n\n
