\nHoneywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant for our Plymouth, MN location.
\nIn this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our team by providing exceptional administrative support. Your ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities will contribute to the success of our team.
\nThe annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $60,700.00 - $75,800.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
\nThis position is overtime eligible.

\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nRequisitioning for indirect purchasing/ordering using in-house software to process information into SAP\nOrdering departmental supplies, equipment and tools as required via purchase requisition forms, electronic forms and/or company card\nActing as site support leader for various activities associated with customers, operations, and business leaders\nPreparing, maintaining, distributing, and filing various site records, correspondence and reports, and procedures\nSupporting HR activities and coordinating all new employee on-boarding activities\nProviding superior administrative support to leaders, enabling them to make most of their time\nCoordinating day-to-day site activities (meetings, catering, travel, office equipment, document control)\nParticipating in business process and site operations improvement initiatives\nManaging ad hoc projects and requests for the site and business \n\nUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
\nMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nHigh School Diploma/GED\n7 years of experience as an administrative assistant, business support specialist, or procurement support specialist\nU.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance\n\nWE VALUE
