**Summary**
Freeman seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and supporting projects.
This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Provides support and ensures all administrative tasks are achieved on time or ahead of schedule, in a professional, customer service oriented and quality-focused manner.
+ Acts as a point of contact for day-to-day operations, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of issues.
+ Maintains highly confidential information and files, and will be responsible for time sensitive material.
+ Uses a variety of software applications including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Concur.
+ Assists with maintenance of calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating for meetings and travel.
+ Uses strong written and verbal communication skills to assist with editing and preparation of correspondence.
+ Collaborates across the enterprise and liaises with external partners, maintaining strong relationships.
+ Organizes and maintains systems and records.
+ Handles requests for information and data.
+ Assists with other projects and special assignments.
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required.
+ 5+ years related experience is preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Outstanding organizational ability.
+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret general business documents.
+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
+ Reliable transportation required.
