Where you fit in
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide advanced administrative and secretarial support services to assigned Vice President. This includes but is not limited to general secretarial skills such as typing/word processing, proofreading, preparing reports and presentations, processing correspondence, filing, scheduling meetings, receiving visitors, telephone skills and etiquette, maintaining files, conducting special projects. This role will oversee planning for, and coordination of, activities, communication, and administrative support for the respective area. Requires high degree of responsibility, accountability, flexibility, confidentiality, and discretion. Performs well under pressure and able to take direction. Must have effective rapport with physicians, staff, board members, volunteers, patients, and visitors. Shares information with discretion with appropriate personnel. Keeps executive leader well informed. Must be self-directed and demonstrates initiative to seek and prioritize work. Works with others to promote teamwork.

Your exceptional qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive secretarial experience, executive/administrative assistant level or office management experience, preferably in the healthcare field
