The Product Data Science team seeks a Sr Advanced Data Analyst to leverage extensive data, and aid ADI engineers in developing reliable, appealing platforms. The team acquires and assesses real-time platform data safely to support ADI's design and development, utilizing software tools to orchestrate data analyses. The Product Data Science team uses data and data analytics to build new features and abilities into platform products, facilitated by automated data engineering tools that enable complex analysis of real-time tests and fleet devices.
In this role, you will work as a key member of a fast-growing team, being involved in building our Business Intelligence platform. An essential task of this role is to lead data-driven decision-making business processes. On a given day, you may find yourself cleaning and embedding datasets, prototyping, managing data drift, and planning world-class solutions to novel and varied problems. Additionally, you will deliver analyses and presentations that will drive product design and improve customer lives.
JOB DUTIES:
Maintain and extend the Business Intelligence Platform that will support delivering relevant and insightful analyses creating a deep understanding of our business, market, products, and customers Define and standardize key metrics to evaluate the health of the business teams & programs Discover & drive program initiatives through data-driven recommendations and partner with product teams to implement them Manage data models to bring order and insight to complex data sets Perform analysis & research plans to support the decision-making process Answer complex questions on fleet usage and behavior to enable proactive monitoring, grow reliability, and minimize field failure Communicate findings from data analyses to stakeholders, influencing them to make the best decisions possible Communicate complex technical and statistical relationships in discussion and through efficient visualizations Adapt, learn, grow, and teach to deliver world-class products and platforms Bring a curious mind to current business problems and opportunities, expanding your understanding of all products in the SnapOne ecosystem
YOU MUST HAVE:
Proficiency with Python, SQL, and Git Minimum 5 years' work experience in data analysis, statistics, or related field Proficiency with an established BI tool (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) Demonstrable experience making highly informational, easily interpreted visualizations Experience applying frequentist or Bayesian statistics to test hypotheses and judge confidence level Exemplify effective communication
