As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you\nwill be responsible for managing the technical SOW, project schedule and\nengineering effort for the design and development of complex systems solutions.\nYou will collaborate with the customer and internal cross-functional teams to\ndefine system requirements, design architectures, and integrate various\ncomponents to deliver innovative solutions. Your experience and skills with\nprogram management will enable you to provide guidance to the engineering team.
You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Program manager (located in\nin Phoenix, Arizona). Working remotely in the Seattle area, you will\nserve as a primary customer representative on site at Boeing and therefore will\nnot be required to report to the Redmond office location. Please note\nthat US citizenship is required for this position.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and\nregulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.\ncitizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under\nasylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nMinimum of 5+ years’ experience as a PE/PM on Boeing FMS programs\nComfortable with leadership and supporting teams (PMs, PPCs, CAMs) to develop integrated master schedules\nCapable of managing complex program schedules and resources\nAble to assess impact of change requests to cost and schedule constraints.\nExperience with Management Operating System (MOS) that contains CAT 1/2/3 milestones tracking, weekly budget reviews, and monthly resource planning. \nSkilled at managing change via the bi-weekly Joint Boeing/Honeywell Change Control Board (JCCB) process. \nMaintains a robust risk management system to protect approved cost and schedule baseline and minimize scope growth. \nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as a project engineer / Program Manager.\nMultiple trips each year to Phoenix Arizona will be required.\n\nWE VALUE
