The aim of this\nposition: Generate and research on new technologies in electronic materials and\nfurther develop new products
Job description:
Identify and research on new technologies in electronic\nmaterials, thermal management, electronic packaging, display, etc. to support\nthe growth opportunities.
Participates in customer engagements to understand and\nanalyze market needs. Generate and execute the proof-of-concept plans to quick\nverify technical feasibility.
Design and conduct lab experiments to formulate new products.\nLead the necessary internal and external communications to build technology\nplatform for new product exploration.
Collect information of competitors, end users and\nindustries, monitor technology trends and make analysis/proposals for\ncounteraction.
Work with global / local commercial and production team on product\ndevelopment and customer support activities
Cross-functions communications on projects
Qualifications:
Master degree or above in electronics\nmaterials, electronics, polymer, materials, chemistry, or related.
Minimum 3 years of experience in new material research and\ndevelopment, experience in electronics or semiconductor industry would be preferred.
Strong academic background in electronics materials, polymer\nmaterials, nano materials, thermal management materials, etc. Rich knowledge in\ncomposite material design, synthesis, processing, and testing methodologies.
Innovative in problem solving, open minded and quick\nlearning. Enthusiastic for complex technical challenges.
Systematic planning, execution and experimental skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent oral English as a working language
