We are looking for a passionate, innovative Salesforce Configuration Engineer to help us take our industry-leading solutions to the next level. Sparta Systems is the leader in Enterprise Quality Management, and we are growing.

Key Responsibilities

\n\nAs a Salesforce Configuration Engineer, you will work closely with the architects to ensure solutions are technically feasible and identify areas to reduce implementation efforts and scalability risk.\nAs a Salesforce Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring solutions according to Salesforce best practices.\nYou will assist in test plan development and execution and support organizational change management efforts\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n5 years of extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and creation of robust flows and automation.\n5 years of experience in excellent SF declarative coding skills\n3 years of expert experience with Flows, Process Builder and best practices\n1 year experience in understanding tradeoffs between declarative programming and custom APEX\n3 years of excellent APEX coding skills\n5 years of experience in using source control system like Git, Github and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.\n3 years of experience with configuration and data migration tools when going between Salesforce orgs (i.e. SFDX, ANT, Force.com IDE, Change Sets, etc.)\n1 year of experience in SF Metadata API\n1 year of experience in Salesforce governor limits and best practices to avoid scalability issues for enterprise as well as small to medium business usage.\nSalesforce certifications in the area of Configuration/Administration\n\n

\n\nScrum/Agile Product Development exposure.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate development methodologies and trade-offs.\nPrior experience with any programming language like JAVA, C# or Javacript\nRemain current on SF best practices, tooling and upcoming features.\nAbility to understand general business requirements and configure out of box solutions declaratively.
