You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities. • Understand, estimate, review, and resolve software/build/field/internal requests. • Work with internal leadership, project management, and offering teams to estimate and plan product updates and feature requests. • Design, develop and work with internal and external teams on creation and deployment of new features. • Convey results of design investigations to stakeholders in order to help drive future prod-uct direction. **YOU MUST HAVE** • 7+ years of object-oriented development experience such as Java, Python, or similar. • 4+ years of .NET (C# or visual basic) • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Sci-ence • Ability to support full software lifecycle activities including supporting/addressing customer and field escalations, troubleshooting, and patch releases. • Fluent English **WE VALUE** • Experience in developing applications using .NET MAUI • Practical knowledge and use of development IDEs and source code tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with Continuous Software Delivery and Deployment • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools/practices (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo) • Experience with source control and bug tracking tools (e.g. GitHub, BitBucket, Jira) • Experience with data analytics and/or machine learning tools. • Experience executing Agile software methodology • Knowledge of test-driven development • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events. • Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing sys-tematic analysis with decisiveness. • Can quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts • Experience with managing build processes • Ability to lead others and own/champion product direction \#LI-Hybrid Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
