Overview: Blue Yonder is looking for a dynamic Sr Alliance Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the global and regional partners and associated support centers by enhancing our operational processes, partner engagements and optimizing the performance of our partner portal.
What You’ll Do:
Partner Portal Management
Act as Product Owner for the Partner Portal ensuring partner self-service success and optimized engagementProvide guidance, quality assurance, and support to the development team to execute user stories, including creating user stories and conducting UATIdentify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve themWork cross-functionally with ITG, Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement and Product teams on content and functionalities for our partnersCreate and maintain partner portal pages and functionalities, workflows, news, events, presentations, video tutorials and guides for partnersServe as key point of contact for Partner Portal Troubleshooting and ticketsReview and Maintain Partner Locator and Solutions ListingsOperations and Engagement
Oversee management of Partner operations to ensure efficiency and effectivenessCoordinate and execute various partner external and internal communications to foster strong relationshipsOrganize and execute Partner Webinars and Summits to facilitate knowledge sharingIncludes communications, award assignment (for ICON), agenda development, and speaker recruitment and coordination, developing landing page and associated assets needed for creative team and coordination of presentation contentDevelop performance tracking mechanisms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to partner operationsGenerate regular reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into partner performance, progress towards goals, and areas requiring attentionGenerate footprint reports, account data and analyze trendsAct as key point of contact for Partner Highspot content publication and any issues related to SSO from Portal to HighspotManage procurement process for Alliance needsMaintain Partner Battlecard updatesManage partner data within Partner Portal, PowerBi and SalesForceManage Process creations for global partner teamManage Alliances SharePoint and Teams foldersSupport Tactical Projects as neededPartner Program
Collaborate on partner program strategy development and benefitsIdentify opportunities for program improvements, developing initiatives to drive mutual successCommunicate program updates, changes and insights to partnersWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in project management and operations coordination, preferably in a partner-facing roleProficiency in CRM systems, content management systems, and project management toolsStrong understanding of partner engagement strategies and self-service platformsExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teamsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAbility to take on multiple projects at a timeProficient in Salesforce, Devops, PowerBI, etc-------------------------------------------
The base salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000 based on experience

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
