Title: Senior Analyst, Benefits

As a Benefits Specialist at Blue Yonder, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to managing associate benefits across 15 countries in EMEA. This role reflects Blue Yonder's commitment to excellence and innovation in providing outstanding support to our associates.

Key Responsibilities:

Administering and Managing EMEA Benefits: You will ensure that our benefits offerings are competitive and compliant, reflecting our value of putting customers and associates first by delivering exceptional service and support.

Invoicing: Manage invoicing processes with precision and accuracy, demonstrating our superpower of delivering results with integrity and accountability.

Subject Matter Expertise: Become a go-to expert on benefits matters, supporting the BYCare team with queries. This aligns with our value of continuous learning and growth, encouraging curiosity and proactive problem-solving.

Vendor and Broker Liaison: Act as the primary contact for vendors and brokers, managing day-to-day plan matters and annual renewal cycles. This role requires collaboration and effective communication, embodying our superpower of teamwork and partnership.

Legacy Company Car Fleet Management: Oversee fleet management across five countries, showcasing our ability to manage complex, multi-country operations efficiently.

Compliance and Legislative Updates: Stay informed about legislative requirements, ensuring compliance. This reflects our commitment to integrity and ethical practices.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the associate success, payroll, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations, demonstrating our value of collaboration and respect.

Process Streamlining and Automation: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and adopt automation, illustrating our superpower of innovation and agility.

Benefits Projects: Lead and participate in benefits-related projects, showcasing leadership and initiative.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in Employee Benefits: Previous experience in managing employee benefits and working with vendors/brokers is essential, demonstrating expertise and a customer-focused approach.

EMEA Experience: Ideally, you have EMEA-wide experience, but strong UK or German benefits experience is also valuable, reflecting our global perspective and adaptability.

Curiosity and Proactivity: You are curious and proactive, with a proven track record of problem-solving and managing end-to-end benefits projects, embodying our superpowers of innovation and problem-solving.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation is required, with Workday HR experience being advantageous, showcasing our emphasis on leveraging technology for better outcomes.

Language Skills: German language skills are an asset, but not essential.
