Sr Analyst, Business

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and providing innovative solutions to optimize operations. This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Analyze existing business requirements to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement. Create detailed end-to-end process flow diagrams using Visio, ensuring all business processes are accurately documented. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, identify problems, and propose solutions. Clearly define problem statements, root causes, and recommended solutions, as well as next steps for implementation, tailored to various audiences, including executive leadership. Ability to think critically and analytically to identify process gaps and provide actionable solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track progress toward business goals. Provide ongoing support to ensure that business requirements are being met and that any issues are promptly addressed. Utilize innovative thinking to creatively solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency. Contribute to the development and documentation of business processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Actively collaborate with stakeholders responsible for internal business projects and programs, working alongside department and cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to guide products through the design process to successful completion. Collaborate with the technical team and Quality department to review change requests, process flows, and work together to develop effective solutions. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables while meeting aggressive timelines. Experience in conducting meetings, workshops, and presentations for a wide variety of stakeholders. Subject matter expert of Medicare and Health care enrollment 834 files  Ability to review state requirements and transform them into business rules and actionable solutions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience

5-7 years of business analysis experience, 6+ years managed care experience. Demonstrates proficiency in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to job-related subject areas.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Experience

3-5 years of formal training in Project Management Experience working with complex, often highly technical teams Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Healthcare Eligibility Role, with a proven track record of successfully analyzing business processes and driving improvements. 2+ years managed care experience. Strong proficiency in Visio for process flow diagram creation. Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, and intermediate-level formulas to analyze and manage data effectively.  Basic SQL to run queries for analysis  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred License, Certification, Association

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification from International Institute of Business Analysis preferred
