The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Cobrand Partnership Marketing Team within Consumer Marketing Services is focused driving growth and engagement amongst our largest cobrand partners. The Marriott Co-Brand Marketing Customer Marketing & Channel Innovation team focuses on the growth and expansion of Customer Marketing in both Marriott and Amex Channels for existing Card Members as well as Channel Innovation for the portfolio, particularly focused on building and leveraging new capabilities to drive growth and best-in-class customer experiences for partner channels. **The Senior Analyst, Marriott Customer Analytics and Cross-Channel Innovation** will play a pivotal role in data-driven decision making and strategic growth for the portfolio. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing new Data, Capabilities and Channel Innovation initiatives for the portfolio and leading critical reporting deliverables, including monthly performance decks and in-depth campaign analyses for the Customer Loyalty channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make meaningful impact on portfolio growth and customer engagement through analytics, excellence and strategic innovation. **How will you make an impact in this role?** + Support new and ongoing Data, Capabilities and Channel Innovation initiatives: documenting and effectively tracking project timelines, stakeholder alignment and delivery milestones. + Manage capabilities roadmap, identifying key opportunities to unlock growth and efficiencies, and support annual tech planning process. + Deliver accurate, timely and insightful reporting and campaign analyses that inform strategic decisions, ensuring clear communication of insights to leadership and stakeholders. + Build and maintain reliable forecasting models and lead monthly/annual submissions to anticipate accurate portfolio and channel performance trends. + Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency across channels through data analysis. + Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams such as acquisition, product management, product development, technology and external partners. + Oversee budget planning and tracking to ensure efficient utilization. **Preferred Qualifications** + 2 years of marketing and/or tech project management experience + Strong relationship building and partner management skills with the ability to interact with internal and external partners at various levels across the organization + Comfortable managing data and proven ability to derive insights from it + Highly analytical, showcasing a high degree of business acumen and critical thinking with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. + Develops high-quality presentations to effectively communicate learnings with key stakeholders + Passion for marketing/tech and an innovative, creative thinker with ability to think outside the box + Desire to join a high-profile, results-oriented and dynamic team + Self-motivator who takes initiative, learns, follows-up, and identifies new approaches + Passion for “solving puzzles” and simplifying complex issues + Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail + Ability to multitask and operate effectively under changing conditions + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + BA/BS Preferred **Qualifications** Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
