Join a mission with a company behind it. **What You’ll Be Doing:** **Position Summary:** The Senior Adoption Analyst sits under the IT organization to drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies to increase workforce digital dexterity and productivity at Evolent. This role also supports digital workplace projects, release coordination, communications, reporting, and roadmaps. The Senior Adoption Analyst collaborates with shared services partners, such as talent, corporate communications, business leaders, IT colleagues and technology vendors to ensure the coordinated delivery and adoption of digital workplace applications. **Primary Responsibilities and Activities:** + Champion digital workplace enablement and digital employee experience (DEX) strategy and processes. + Manage goals, measurements, metrics, XLAs, and OKRs to show digital workplace enablement impact. + Coordinate multichannel communications campaigns to drive technology adoption and effective technology use. + Support enablement and awareness events: Ask the Expert, New Technology Trainings, Community of Practice, etc. + Partner with digital workplace operations, engineering, and governance teams to identify potential improvements or impacts to user experience and proactively manage potential disruptions. + Monitor and optimize digital workplace technology software licenses. + Help Adoption Lead identify sources of product changes and establish processes for triaging changes. + Advocate for advanced analytics and automation to streamline efficiencies. + Participate in employee onboarding to highlight available resources and raise awareness of digital workplace technologies. + Study capabilities and use cases for generative AI to transform the workforce technology experience. **Experience and Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in IT or related degree + 5+ years experience working on workplace enterprise technologies and 3+ years in coordinating technology change management and IT projects deployments. + Experience building technology roadmaps and aligning with enterprise architecture. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain digital concepts to business leaders and business concepts to technologists, and to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels + Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT services, technologies, and processes. + Awareness of ways to measure and improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and technology adoption. + Experience implementing continuous engineering or other agile methods. + Experience with standard IT operations frameworks i.e. ITIL & Scrum + Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Workday and similar enterprise workplace technologies + Working hours: 2.30 PM to 11.30 PM IST (overlap with US hours) **Mandatory Requirements:** We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.
