The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker, with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will focus on building, segmenting, targeting, testing, and deploying personalized email and mobile campaigns. Responsibilities: Build, segment, target, track, test, and deploy personalized email and mobile campaigns using a large Email Service Provider (ESP). Work independently to manage and prioritize your workload while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met. Support creative and technical improvements for mobile and email projects. Develop partnerships with external vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Execute marketing strategies and support organizational goals while fostering collaboration. Use analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills to prevent and resolve issues. Collaborate respectfully with a wide range of audiences and contribute to team success. Qualifications: BA/BS in Marketing or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in email and mobile marketing. Expertise in HTML and coding for email. Experience with email editing software including Braze, Adobe Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. Familiarity with mobile marketing techniques. Skills: Project coordination and analytical skills. Communication and presentation abilities. High level of integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively within a team dynamic. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
