The Senior Analyst, Finance is a critical contributor within the finance team with exposure to complex businesses within the Integrated Kidney Care business.  The role is suited for an individual who has strong analytics skills, demonstrates keen attention to detail, and is able to convey their insights in compelling financial models and presentations.  In addition, we are looking for a team player who will serve as a functional expert and interact with operations at every level.  We are looking for smart, talented and dynamic people to help drive financial performance and shape strategy for our business.


This position is responsible for supporting process improvements, metric/report development, special projects, and providing detailed revenue valuation analysis to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved, in alignment with DaVita’s Mission and Core Values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Partner with their IKC Finance Directors and build strong relationships with operational stakeholders to track and analyze key aspects of the P&L, business metrics and targetsDevelop technically sound complex financial models and analysisSupport annual budgets and forecasts in Excel, Anaplan, and other toolsCoordinate with the IKC Accounting team to ensure alignment of month-end close reportingProvide insightful, timely, and accurate monthly financial reporting and variance analysis through the Monthly Financial Reporting package (MFR) as well as one-off analyses for IKC Finance Leadership and field operations managementCreate and distribute financial reporting for internal and external partnersCreate and manage teammate HC planning model and reporting to provide scenario planning and track against budget and forecastsTeam up with IKC Accounting to improve and support financial processes of accounting for program and market revenue and expense, accounts receivable, cash and related transaction analysis, and account reconciliationSynthesize detailed findings into high-level cohesive overviews, recommendations, and actionable next stepsComplete ad-hoc analytics requests as needed to support operations and decision making 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study  2-3 years of experience Strong analytical and presentation skills required  Confident engaging with stakeholders and building relationships across the company Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Salary/ Wage Range

$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
