General Summary

The Snacks FP&A, Sr Analyst is responsible for division financial analysis to support informed business decisions. A successful candidate will work closely with business partners to ensure a seamless financial forecasting process and overall accuracy.

Principal Responsibilities

Supports all month-end close analysis, sharing results with the leadership team and investigating all forecast variances.Provides proactive thought leadership focused on both process efficiencies and enhanced data analysis.Supports the development of the annual operating plan, using zero based budgeting and partnering closely with business cost center owners.Supports the development of the strategic plan (3-year horizon).Responsible for forecast submissions each month with a focus on SG&A expenses.Supports monthly/annual operating plan IBP volume forecasts. Supports acquisition and divestiture work on an ad-hoc basis.

Job Complexity/Scope

The individual acts as a business partner and consultant on a variety of financial matters. The functional leader relies on the individual’s knowledge of the division’s income statement results and ongoing projection.Somewhat independent; working under general instructions and expected to determine how to accomplish the work assignments.Ensures application of established corporate financial policies. High degree of accuracy and integrity required with a strong attention to detail.Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to communicate both financial and non-financial benefits of projects to senior leadership across multiple functions.Ability to communicate difficult financial concepts and transactions to non-financial leadership.Continuous improvement mindset.Strong organizational skills.Strong sense of ownership over assigned areas of responsibility, coupled with ability to work in a team environment on some projects.

Job Specifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.A minimum of 2-4 years related financial experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to exercise discretion while managing confidential information.Strong PC skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Experiences with SAP, EPM and/or Power BI is a plus.

Working Conditions

This position is based at the Company headquarters in Camden, NJ; 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$61,800-$97,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
