Energizer is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Global Ethics & Compliance to join our Legal Department. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Global Ethics & Compliance, this role offers a dynamic and impactful career path for a professional eager to make a significant contribution across multiple areas of responsibility. As a Senior Analyst, you will work independently on various projects, interacting with global colleagues at all levels. This fully remote position demands the highest attention to detail, exceptional writing quality, strong communication skills, and effective relationship building. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to drive our culture and ethics initiatives. Responsibilities Universal Accountabilities Motivated and able to prioritize amongst many tasks of competing importance Able to work independently and collaboratively Client-orientated, able to present data and information simply Role models integrity and trust Strong attention to detail Specific Accountabilities To provide high quality, proactive and cost effective support of the organization’s global ethics and compliance program. Essential responsibilities include: Project/Program Management Apply project management discipline to all significant ethics and compliance initiatives, including appropriate documentation and tracking reports Coordinate the implementation of ethics and compliance initiatives Lead project teams in implementing complex, cross-functional ethics and compliance initiatives Helpline, Training and Communications Coordination Monitor the operation of the Ethics Helpline to ensure that reports are appropriately assigned, investigated and resolved in compliance with internal procedures Work with a cross-functional team to support ethics and compliance training (live and online) including tracking, assessment, course development and refinement Oversee the implementation of ethics and compliance communication strategy Policy Review and Risk Mitigation Review, develop and update Corporate Policies and Code of Conduct as needed Manage and respond to ethics and compliance questions and concerns Proactively identify, communicate and address compliance risks consistent with company expectations Support third-party risk management activities, including conducting and assessing due diligence results Data Management Manage Ethics Helpline, Training and Risk Management databases Create routine and customized reports for management and the Board concerning ethics and compliance initiatives and matters Manage the Ethics and Compliance SharePoint (intranet) site Organize ethics and compliance records, documents and files and maintain document databases Additional duties may be assigned on an as needed basis. What we are looking for Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or other applicable discipline At least 5 years’ experience in a project management or similar support role in a corporate setting Previous experience in an ethics, compliance and/or legal department a plus Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to manage time efficiently Strong interpersonal skills; team player with ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels High degree of initiative requiring little or no supervision, have great organizational skills, sound judgment and the ability to prioritize assignments, solve problems, and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work in a timely fashion in a fast-paced work environment Proven ability to maintain discretion and /or confidentiality. Preferred Skills and Experience Compliance certification, e.g., CCEP or equivalent, a plus Prior experience with ethics & compliance technology platforms Come join us!
