We are seeking a talented and organized Sr. Analyst who is responsible for
supporting our training and onboarding program, in support TransUnion’s Global HR Operations team.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong communication skills, a background in operations and onboarding, and excellent problem-solving skills.

What You'll Bring:

Focus on Quality: manage the audit of background checks across multiple regions ensuring quality and compliance, including a stellar associate experience.

Oversee the right to work process globally to ensure compliance.

Vendor relationship: manage the relationship with our global background check vendor including communicating updates, providing support to the onboarding team, escalating as necessary, and managing enhancement requests.

Documentation: ensure our documentation is effective in supporting more junior tier 1 members of the team.

Support ad-hoc reporting needs and oversee audit requests.

Training: Own the delivery of training and related materials associated with the global onboarding process, including but not limited to regional (US) centric practices such as I-9s, benefits, and other regulatory matters.

Lead cross-team collaboration to identify root causes and propose solutions for continuous improvement with the goal of operational excellence, with a focus on onboarding and the background check process. Collaborate cross functionally with the employee relations team supporting escalations.

Help support the ongoing maintenance of self-service documentation and policies.

Maintain a best-in-class customer experience: Support the people operations team to ensure quality customer service within outlined Service Level Agreements.

Act as a data steward to ensure data governance is observed for each transaction in Workday.

Impact You'll Make:

Strong written, verbal communication skill and the ability to prioritize work effectively

An associate’s degree in business or related field or prior experience

3-5 years in a fast-paced operations environment, preferably in HR operations or shared services environment.

A strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

A desire to make things better, with a focus on creating a seamless and complaint customer experience.

Demonstrated ability to learn systems quickly, Workday experience is preferred.

Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote

Advanced English skills

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
