This customer focused, pro-active, energetic, and collaborative role is part of our Global Hub Tier 2 Transactional Team within People Services. In this role, individuals will provide accurate and timely HR Transactional support to employees, managers, and other HR & Payroll professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide consistent, timely, accurate and customer-focused HR functional inquiries, requests and transactions as assigned in accordance to established policies and procedures.Utilize our case management system to achieve and deliver within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) at a quality standard. Ensure work instructions are diligently followed. Escalate issues as needed.Review and update existing DTP’s/SOP’s and assist in producing new DTP’s/SOP’s in relation to HR Transactional services.Respond to requests and inquiries, exercise good judgment in applying concepts and guidelinesFollow through on assigned tasks and takes ownership on results, effectively prioritize assignments, identify, report, and escalate issues and challenges to SupervisorRespond to emails and inquires on timely mannerPrepare operational reports as and when requiredIdentify and recommend potential area for process improvementUnderstand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.Work in a team environment to resolve customer questions or issues in broad range of HR mattersActively engage in CORE and support continuous improvement opportunities.Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 6+ years of relevant Global/US HR operations experience.Prior experience in managing high-volume HR requests and data administration preferredExperience managing data in HRIS systems required; experience using Workday / Ev5 preferred.Ability to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvementDisplay positive attitude. Receptive to new challenge and change with an open mind. Demonstrate high commitment level.Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise good judgment on day-to-day work activitiesProactive. Takes initiative, attentive to details, process driven and ability to efficiently process high volume transactionsFlexible to meet peak period, specific demands, and client’s requirements.Flexibility to work in different time zones.
