Sr Analyst, Inflight Dining Scheduling

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._ ​ + Creates and maintains Onboard Dining Services meal policies within CAE Inflight + Builds and maintains facilities, equipment, menu cycles, city pairs, levels of service within CAE Inflight + Produces and distribute the Consolidated Food and Service schedule to our Caterers, Suppliers and Distributors + Produces and distributes various Onboard Dining Services reports once the food and beverage schedule is complete + Acts as a liaison between AA IT and Sabre to ensure proper function and testing of CAE Inflight + Completes competitive analysis and recommends service level adjustments as appropriate + Liaisons with network planning to obtain and process corporate schedule loads and changes + Works with key departments to define all product requirements + Performs cross functional and departmental ad hoc projects as assigned + Provides start up and annual volumes for equipment related activities, including financial impact analysis + Provides financial impact and scenario analysis on Onboard Dining Service policy changes, and product refresh or major, and equipment changes/requirements + Collaborates with AA’s Purchasing department to establish product and service bid requirements and schedules to ensure successful onboard product launches + Works collaboratively with finance to understand the budget ramifications of service level and equipment related changes + Makes recommendations to senior management on ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs associated to our Food and Beverage programs + Ability to travel **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Knowledge of market, industry and network trends relating to Onboard Dining Services **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​Knowledge of planning and operations systems + Systems project management experience + Knowledge of CAE Inflight scheduling system **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + ​Ability to persuade and influence others while balancing multiple priorities + Strong time management skills + Ability to proactively identify solutions to complex issues and influence appropriate stakeholders in decisions + Strong analytical and presentation skills + Ability to become proficient with frequently used reporting tools and systems (e.g. CAE Inflight, and other CAE Inflight interphases and querying it + databases) + Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and MS Query **What you'll get** Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
