What You'll Do The Intelligent Automation Configurator will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining intelligent automation solutions to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency. Reporting to the Intelligent Automation Manager, this role will focus on implementing automation tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation platforms and a strong understanding of business process improvement. Work in cross functional agile teams to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver on new product objectives Key roles and responsibilities Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy intelligent automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, CoPilot Studio chatbots, UiPath. Process Analysis and Design: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and design automation workflows that optimize efficiency and accuracy. Integration: Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve integration challenges. Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they perform as expected. Identify and resolve issues to improve solution reliability and effectiveness. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configuration settings, processes, and procedures for automation solutions. Provide clear instructions and guidelines for system users and administrators. Support and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure continuous operation and performance. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues that arise. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions. Qualifications Job Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in automation configuration, AI, or related fields. Proficiency in automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, CoPilot Studio chatbots, UiPath. Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies. Experience with software integration and system configuration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript. Experience writing unit tests, performing code reviews and adhere to coding & branching principles Experience in breaking down requirements into technical tasks and providing estimates Experience with version control systems (Git and GitHub).
