What you will do…

The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations role supports the Investor Relations team in the areas of research, presentation, and analysis. The position resides within a fast-paced team and environment where core finance skills, clear communication, multi-tasking, and extreme attention to detail, are critical to success.   

  

Additionally, this role will provide some administrative support to the department including managing workplans and calendars, expense and budget reporting and other admin support and tasks, including supporting marketing efforts for equity analysts and other stakeholders. 

  

This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn our business from the inside out and will provide tremendous ‘on-the-job training’ as you work closely with members of Investor Relations team and other members throughout the broader finance organization as well as the business units.  

  

Principal Responsibilities  

  Investor Relations Support

Contribute to all aspects of Campbell’s investor relations strategies, objectives, and key results, to ensure clear, consistent and accurate communication with the investment community

Assist in preparation and manage investor communications, including earnings releases, conference call scripts, investor presentations, shareholder letters, marketing decks, analytical and support documents and Q&A documents.

Monitor and analyze shareholder base and market trends, providing insights to senior leadership.

Support planning and execution of investor events, including roadshows, investor conferences, and annual shareholder meetings.

Maintain corporate Investor Relations website, working closely with vendor(s) 

Maintain analyst consensus models, working closely with vendor(s) on a timely basis 

Event management – including managing quarterly earnings call logistics as well as assisting in planning and executing events such as non-deal roadshows, HQ visits, and Investor Days.  

Attend earnings prep materials, as well as buy-side/sell-side calls or meetings as requested for the purpose of capturing thorough notes, logging in IR CRM and managing follow ups.

Assist on other ad hoc admin or strategy projects  

Act as central point of contact for Vendor / PO management and IR budgeting process 

Managing / updating the peer slides included in Board of Directors materials  

Financial Analysis and Reporting

Analyze business data sets or financial statements.  

Assist in modeling and forecasting to provide inputs for investor-related materials.

Analyze and track analyst research, earnings estimates, and financial models, providing insights on potential impacts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Manage interactions with analysts and investors by addressing inquiries and coordinating meetings.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Legal, and Communications, to ensure alignment in messaging and disclosures.

Maintain and update investor databases and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic factors impacting the company. May include key suppliers, retailers, and companies in adjacent industries.

Support compiling and preparing detailed company analyses for dissemination and reporting to senior management team, including summaries of relevant quarterly earnings reports. 

Provide regular updates to senior management on investor sentiment and perceptions.

Track peer companies’ activities to benchmark performance and communication strategies.

What you bring to the table…(Must Have)

3+ years of experience in a public company FP&A or external reporting role 

Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, economics or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus

Strong understanding of financial statements, market dynamics, and valuation metrics.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) ; Think Cell a plus

Prior Investor Relations within a public company, or equity research / investment banking experience strong plus  

Highly organized and disciplined with great attention to detail  

Excellent written, communication, prioritization and project management skills.

Analytical, strong quantitative problem-solving skills; Detail oriented, highly organized individual  

Ability to communicate and work in a collaborative team environment, meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$84,700-$121,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
