**Job Summary:**
The Sr Analyst, Operational Safety and Compliance plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies and procedures. This position demands a strategic leader who possesses in-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements specific to ANSI, ASTM, and other applicable standards groups. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, as well as conducting regular audits to identify and mitigate risks. You will work closely with all departments to ensure that our operations are in line with industry regulations and standards, and that our staff is properly trained in compliance matters.

+ The budgeted range starts at $68,545.70 - $90,333.07. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to integrate compliance considerations into operational processes and decision-making.
+ Stay abreast of industry regulations and emerging compliance trends to inform organizational policies and strategies.
+ Conduct regular audits and assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of the overall program
+ Deliver projects according to plan within timeline and budget
+ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including H&S, Compliance, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations
+ Promote Vail Resorts’ Values: Serve Others, Do Right, Be Inclusive, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun
+ Support other duties or tasks as assigned
**Job Requirements:**
+ 1-3 years of governance, risk or compliance experience
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field
+ Experience managing at scale in a geographically dispersed, multi-site, matrixed organization
+ Experience with compliance based and/or analytics software
+ Project management/change management experience
+ Demonstrated effectiveness in communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership
**Preferred:**
+ Ability to present to all levels in the organization, including senior leadership and executives
+ Experience with vendor and/or budget management
+ Experience working in the travel & leisure or hospitality industry
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $68,545.70 - $90,333.07. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
