Sr Analyst, Production Support

Position Summary
As a Production Support Analyst at CVS Health, you will be responsible for the analyzing issues reported by internal business users and external members/providers/plan sponsors and provide resolution. This role also include responsibility to support production checkout activities during deployment which could be off-hours as well.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Manage day to day issues reported from internal and external usersIdentify pattern among issues and drive system changes to address root cause of the issues in the systemDevelop and track metrics around issues being trackedUnderstand business process to suggest and guide application team drive better user experienceSupport Production checkout activities during deploymentBe a versatile resource who can support as needed requirement gathering for scrum teamParticipate in scrum calls actively to learn about the new system changes applied in applicationBe an active participants in team meetings to share perspective to help improve experience for end users and create value for businessidentify opportunity for self-service in application to reduce operational cost

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Production support experience.1+ year of software development experience with Java or .NET programming languages.1+ year of SQL experience is required1+ year of experience with Functional or Regression testing.Ability to be able to access code in GitHub repository and able to understand code to analyze an issue at hand

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce experience is a plusJira experience is a plusServiceNow experience is a plus3+ years of production Support or software development life cycle experience

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
