Position Summary

•Implements networks for Domestic, Direct-To-Employer (DTE), Aetna, and non-Aetna.

•Subject matter expert for network files, network IDs, and PPO codes.

•Submits IT tickets and performs UAT for new implementations and issue resolution.

•Performs research for network issues and partners with EDI IT and Wholesale Operations on resolution.

•Coordinates DocConnect implementations with vendor, Perspecta, for custom provider directories.

Required Qualifications

2 years within the following:

· Healthcare related industry

· Subject Matter Expert for Network files and PPO codes

· Implements Network for Domestics; Aetna and non- Aetna

· Submits IT tickets

· Performs testing

Preferred Qualifications

· Microsoft Excel Knowledge

· Issue Resolution

· IT Knowledge

· Claims Routing Knowledge

· Relationship maintenance with Vendors

· Custom Provider Directory Knowledge

High school Diploma

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
