This position works onsite at our Alpharetta, GA or Santa Clara, CA location in the Abbott Vascular Division. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.
Reporting to the Manager of Sales Incentives, the Sr. Analyst Sales Incentives responsible for incentive compensation model design, quota allocation, territory design, compensation plan implementation, and performance tracking for the specialized divisions and sales positions located in the United States. Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Financial Services, Sales Operations and Human Resources to manage the day-to-day operations of sales incentives and drive improvements. Strong understanding of incentive compensation design and quota allocation fundamentals.
What You’ll Work On
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Contribute to the design of quarterly, bi-annual, or annual sales compensation modeling and incentive programsProvide guidance on the design of incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and revenue targets and insure alignment with divisional strategic prioritiesProvide guidance and support the development of territory alignments and oversee analysis for field sales force structure changes and territory optimizationOversee the development, execution and maintenance of predictive quota setting methodologies to ensure fair and accurate quota setting for the field sales organization with a focus on optimizing performance distributionAssess plan performance throughout the plan periodDevelop incentive compensation tools and resources to improve sales effectiveness and efficienciesDevelop quarterly incentive compensation plan documents in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures and distribute across divisionsCollaborate closely with Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and Customer Service as needed when responsibilities related to sales compensation and sales force structure intersectDevelop and maintain strong technical expertise of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power PointDemonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skillsMinimum Education:
Bachelor degree in Finance/Business or related field, preferable in medical device industry. CCP is preferred, and Masters degree a plus, but not required.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales compensation design and administration in a corporate environment or in related position which provides a strong understanding of incentive compensation fundamentalsStrong financial modeling background preferredPreferred Qualifications
Experience in working with and communicating with sales leadershipStrong analytical skills needed as well as communication and presentation skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including use of advanced formulas and statistical analysisExpertise in PowerPoint and Word and familiarity with other reporting packages such as Business Objects, PowerBI, etc. Willingness to travel as operational needs dictateExcels at multi-tasking with strong ability to prioritize to meet business needsAbility to build respect and credibility with colleagues and clientsStrong interpersonal skills with experience interfacing and partnering with salesStrong ability to partner across the organization to drive decisions and resolve conflictsApply Now

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
